Hand picked and transported to vinification in little cases. Destemming and crushing the grapes, followed by cold contact of must and shells. Selected fermenting agents at controlled temperature until 17° C
4 months in French oak barrels and 1 month in glass
With dry pastry, cakes and cookies. Also excellent with cheese;
Typically sweet dessert Wine. Also perfect as aperitif, fresh served with cheese. Nice bouquet of flowers, ripe fruits and parched figs. Complex but harmonic union with balanced acids and provocative aftertaste
